• All major cities across Pakistan
• Selected remote and rural areas through our courier partners

Estimated Delivery Time

• Major Cities: 2–5 business days
• Remote Areas: 4–8 business days

Delivery times may vary during sales, holidays, weather conditions, or courier delays.

Shipping Charges

• Standard shipping charges are calculated at checkout.
• Free shipping may be offered on selected products or promotional campaigns.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) in eligible areas across Pakistan.

Please ensure:

• Correct shipping address and contact number
• Someone is available to receive the parcel

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you may receive a tracking number to monitor delivery status through the courier service.

Failed Deliveries

If a delivery attempt fails due to incorrect address, unavailable recipient, or refused order:

• The courier may attempt redelivery
• Additional shipping charges may apply for reshipping

Damaged or Missing Items

If your package arrives damaged or incomplete, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

• Order number
• Photos of the package/product (if applicable)
